The Crew Leader plays a key role in the operation of a construction company. As the first line of management on the job, the Crew Leader is responsible for supervising workers in an effective and efficient manner. Once a construction worker is promoted to the position of Crew Leader, he or she becomes involved with managing people.
Designed to enhance the Supervisor's management skills; for anyone desiring to be a supervisor; or for the "new" supervisor. Provides participants with much need people-skills and reinforces the technical skills needed to run a profitable operation.
This course is for craftsmen who are interested in furthering their career or education. If is for the advanced or experienced supervisors and anyone that has completed Project Supervision.
