25TH ANNIVERSARY ABC TEXAS GULF COAST CHAPTER GOLF CLASSIC

The annual ABC Golf Classic was held October 5, 2009 at Wilderness Golf Course. This year marks the chapter's 25th anniversary and ABC was happy to welcome 124 golfers. The event is always a great day on the course for members and their invited guests.

A Big THANKS to the Golfers . . .
The Golf Tournament featured an ABC fundraiser to benefit Contractors for Kids & Community by offering the purchase of 1-mulligan per person on hole # 8. This was added fun for the golfers and helped to raise $615.

Appreciation is extended to Ron Speir, Operations Manager for Contractors’ Safety Council of Brazosport, Inc., and Jeremy Rhyne, Right Click Technology, for their efforts in facilitating this activity.

“ABC Cares” promoted a Food Drive also at the tournament. In addition to can goods, donations of $116 were received. Hats off to all the golfers for their support of the food drive. Also thanks to Becky Rinehart & Darla Murrell for their help with this activity!
