Purpose: Project a positive image of Associated Builders and Contractors to the general public to enhance the business opportunities for merit shop contractors, suppliers and their professional associates. Continue donations to community charitable organizations through fund raising efforts of the committee.

Goals:
- Sponsor a two-day cook-off each year at MacLean Park in Lake Jackson, Texas.
- Sponsor a Inshore Fishing Tournament each year.
- Expand additional sponsors for fund-raisers.
- "ABC Cares" initiative is for the purpose of organizing drives for food, toys, coats, clothing, etc.. Drives will be scheduled periodically throughout the year for community donation.
- "Texas Hold-Em" poker tournaments will be scheduled for members and guests at Lake Jackson Civic Center.
- Other activities will be announced when details are finalized.
The Public Relations Committee will meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 3:00 pm.
