2011 Goals
1. In conjunction with Facilities and Long Range Planning Committee, conduct a feasibility study for the best
usuage and long range plans for the ABC facilities in Freeport, TX.
The ABC facilities include eight buildings located on Velasco Boulevard, Freeport, Texas on 18 acres with approximately 53,000 square feet. Appraisal value at $1,850,000.00
